A Word From
Tonya':
After giving organizational
advice for years and people asking, “How can I
get organized?” I founded Accent on
Homes.
As a committed member of NAPO (National Association of
Professional Organizers) both on the national and local levels, I
continue to be excited and encouraged as to where the Organizational
Industry is headed. I am also a member of the Professional Organizers
Network, as well as Online Organizing. As a
Professional Organizer, my continuing education is a benefit to my
clients as well as myself.
My experience as an
Interior Planner and knowledge of design and space lends itself well
in the Organizing Industry.
With all my clients I try
and incorporate color and a bit of whimsy. I believe
color adds an additional dimension to the organizing process and
helps maintain the systems designed for their needs.
What I desire most for my
clients is for them to realize the freedom being organized gives you
both physically and emotionally. By ridding yourself of the clutter,
you make room for so much more – a new beginning!
Code
of Ethics
This Code of
Ethics is a set of principles to provide guidelines in our
professional conduct with our clients, colleagues and community. As
a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, I
pledge to exercise judgment, self-restraint and conscience in my
conduct in order to establish and maintain public confidence in the
integrity of NAPO members and to preserve and encourage fair and
equitable practices among all who are engaged in the profession of
organizing.
